De-cluttering

Any space, no matter what the size, can be organised and de-cluttered to suit your needs, from drawers, to cupboards and wardrobes to entire rooms within a home or office, and also loft and garage spaces. I prepare homes for selling by organising spaces and incorporating eco-cleaning, and also help with moving in, unpacking boxes and organising items within the new home.

I love organising wardrobes, it's such a satisfying job re-arranging items, categorising and colour co-ordinating; the transformation is always a wonderful site! I’m a big fan of the way Marie Kondo folds her clothes in drawers, it makes choosing clothes so much easier and it looks fantastically neat and organised; admittedly, the folding is more time-consuming but the benefits are well worth the effort. You may think that an organised wardrobe wont stay that way for long at all, but I find that once you see and feel the results and realise, practically, how easy it is to find items, you really will want to keep it that way. I think that trying to find items in a disorganised space takes more time and effort than actually simply maintaining an organised one. So when I’m in a rush or don't have the head space to keep my wardrobe super organised I know I’ll have more time or get in the mood at some point, so I don't get too bothered about it, and then when the moment arrives I just give it a revamp and refold clothes, etc., and voila! It literally takes a few minutes.

Gardening
In the past I have worked on city farms, trained and participated in the running of a kitchen garden, and owned a few allotments, not to mention landscaping my own garden. I love gardening and get excited at the opportunities for creative expression, not to mention growing food!
I perform basic gardening tasks and maintenance such as weeding, planting, pruning, creating borders, vegetable tending, grass cutting, clearance & tidying.
I also offer soft landscaping such as mulching, creating flower boarders, and applying decorative stone/slate.

One Off Deep Cleans, Moving in & End of Tenancy Cleans
I perform one-off deep cleans, moving in, and preparing to move out cleans. Generally, an overall deep clean includes cobweb removal, lights and switches, woodwork, paintwork, windows & floors. Kitchen cleaning includes the above plus ovens, cooker hoods, white goods, inside cupboards. Bathrooms include everything plus tiles. Please note I do not perform carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning or outdoor windows. All cleans are performed using eco-cleaning products.

Decorating & Basic DIY
Including preparing a room for painting (sanding, caulking, filling holes, etc.), and performing wall, ceiling and woodwork painting. I also perform basic DIY such as sanding, waxing, flat-pack furniture, etc., generally anything that doesn’t involve drilling.

Home Package

I offer peace of mind for those wanting care on a more personal level to come into the home, offer company, and potter around helping out with all the tasks that may be difficult or overwhelming, whether a one-off or ongoing occasion, I'm here to offer a gentle hand. Services included are gardening, eco-cleaning, cooking & baking, laundry duties & errands.

Cooking & Baking
I love to produce freshly cooked, wholesome foods to suit your taste buds. I also love to bake different types of savouries and bread, along with an assortment of sweet delights! Part of the Home Package only.

Laundry Duties
I perform all onsite laundry duties including washing, drying and ironing. Part of the Home Package only.

Errands

I am happy to run general errands, including grocery shopping. Part of the Home Package only.
